Inventory levels dipped below 2 months multiple times which hasn’t happened in decades. And…all of this managed to happen in the middle of a global pandemic. 

Now that it is 2022 I wanted to put out some predictions to what I think is to come in 2022.

Edmonton. What are we known for? Winter. The Edmonton Oilers. Our incredible river valley. Vibrant city life, and top tier restaurants. Well, make sure you add housing affordability onto the list. 

The title says it all. In Oxford Economics‘ recent report, Edmonton remains near the top of the ranks when it comes to housing affordability in North America. Edmonton just misses the top three; narrowly losing out to only Columbus, Quebec City, and Chicago.
